Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection. Refunds will be initiated for items that meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in original condition.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for returns that are used, damaged, opened, or missing any of the original order contents.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the initial shipping costs for returning items. However, please note that we will provide the return label, and the associated label cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
